I am trying to translate this text (from Berlitz advert in Japan)
Line 1: 英語での会議、突然想定外の質問をされて頭の中が真っ白になった。
Line 2: 英会話には、実践力が必要です。
Line 1: 'Your head goes blank when an unexpected question is thrown at you at an English-language business meeting'
Line 2: 'You need an English Conversation School with the power to increase your performance'
Is my interpretation correct?? I'm confused by 実践力が必要 ... how to translate that in natural-sounding English?!
Help?

英会話には、実践力が必要です。=Practical experience in English language skills is vital.

How about: You need to get used to speaking English or you need to get experience using your English.
Nah, yours sounds good...I had to look up the Kanji anyway :-)
