ペンギン夫婦の作り方

A Japanese woman and a Chinese man meet and fall in love at work. They marry and live happily in Tokyo. One day the Chinese mans business goes bankrupt and is left without a job nor an income. He tentatively tells his wife who smiles and says "Lucky! It's about time we went on holiday!"  

They travel to Ishigaki island in Okinawa Prefecture. They love it there and decide to never go back to Tokyo. They find somewhere to work and a place to live. It's a new start. 

But the Chinese man isn't happy. He is tired of being "the Chinese man." He wants the same name as his wife. He wants Japanese citizenship. So he puts in the paperwork without telling his wife. 

The citizenship agency is suspicious by his application. Something isn't right. Something is being hidden. The citizenship agency spy on him and find him and his wife coming out of a building with masks and pliers. Smoke flows out the door.
