My friend is currently trying to promote an english-style 'radio taisou' for companies in London.
Her exercises will be different to the traditional Japanese one's above, but her exercises will also promote good health, be a good way for building relationships amongst fellow members, wake you up and prepare you for the day ahead and provide you with a way of exercising before the (hard?) day ahead.
