Yay! My work from last semester at Uni was saved from the fire!!
Ok... this semester... 2 different pieces of Groupwork coursework, 1 big fat dissertation, 2 competition entries.
As well as that, theres... no University library due to the fire (well, no library of much use for design students), a book borrowing system that could take up to 3 weeks to actually get the book in your hand (pointless), no colour printing facilities, nowhere to actually do any hands-on graphic work (not computer based) at Uni, work pressurising me to do more hours and.... the worst thing of all.... the cheap yummy cafe near Uni is no longer yummy and cheap... :(

How is the UK treating you? Considering you wen't to Japan quite a few times I don't think you got a cultureshock heh.

Yup... back in London now. Not for ever though.. :) Didnt get culture shock going to japan, but for some reason, whenever I arrive back in the UK, a kind of reverse-cultureshock occurs... haha

Hah didn't expect it was forever. I did actually mean a reverse-cultureshock. A friend of mine from the UK had the same after returning to the UK after a few years of teaching here.
