Teamwork makes all the difference doesn't it? Working well together can be fun and so efficient, and the opposite of that is... beyond hell... Or perhaps not quite. This is where leadership skills come in. Yeah, it's not easy, especially if you're not the type of person who is use to or has a natural knack for it, but it makes a difference.My course has a HUGE focus on leadership skills - something that I struggle a lot with - but that's one of the reasons why I applied to do this course ;)Anyway, just less than one more year to go, and it's over!PS - Finished your postcard, not sure what to write about it since I just did something random ;) Will get it back to you within the next few days.
Hey... group work is even harder if people are very secretive about their ideas and don't show anybody until the last minute and then ruin it for the rest of the team because their ideas werent in the presentation... grr... i dont think even the best leader could stop someone if they're determined to mess it up for everyone else...Great, thanks for the postcard! :)
