Is there some reason that I can't see as to why the reflection of the bridge is different in the above advert? It is an advert to encourage people to visit Scotland. But... the reflection of the bridge makes it look like its under construction or repair... ?? Is it a mistake or is there something I am missing?

I think it's to advertise the different contrasting landmarks that you'd be able to see if you went to Scotland, although I'm not sure what that piece of architecture is reflected in the water.
The names are written at the bottom of the poster: The 'Our Dynamic Earth' Exhibition (Edinburgh) is reflected in the water, while the Forth Rail Bridge (Fife) is above water.
I think some of the other posters, which are part of this campaign, are pretty impressive i.e. check out the posters of the Falkirk Wheel and the Armadillo.
Gosh, I wouldn't mind a trip to Scotland right now, I need a break. My Easter holiday is coming up in 3 weeks, and it's only for 5 days including the weekend, but my dad is coming over soon to make it more worthwhile! Yeah!

Still pretty odd though, as part of the bridge's reflection can still be seen in the water. Even though I can see why they've done it... Maybe it looks better if you know of that architecture... >_< I'm afraid I didn't before seeing the poster... :( :(
