I boarded a plane to go to Japan nearly 3 years ago.
But I'm still getting letters from the British Government trying to take money from me for the year I was not living in England.
What makes it painful was that I was out of the country for 2 seperate year ends.
Remind me if I go to live in Japan again to go in April!
