I could've been going to Japan on Friday...
...but I'm not for various reasons. However, I was still invited to the ALT leaving party on Saturday night. It was nice to see a few familiar faces from my interview group and to hear where they are heading off to in Japan, how their preparations are going, etc. Fingers crossed I will join them in Japan sometime this year.... Who knows...
I was glad to discover that I'm not the only one who cannot ride a bike! However, that will change... I promise... I...will....overcome....my....fear... haha ;/
I went to Highgate cemetary today for photography practice. Today was a lovely day which was good, but just means I'm having less practise with dealing with bad-light days... I'm still learning and the photography bag probably ways the same as me, but, hopefully I can do a good job for my May 1st very important photography appointment. ... hehe :-)
A memorial service for Karl Marx was happening today at Highgate cemetary too. It brought back memories of university art history trips and teachers with wacky dress senses..... :)
On another completely random note, I had a very, very vivid dream about Yakult last night. It has tobe the best form of subliminal advertising ever, cos... guess whats on my shopping list tomorrow.... ;p

Returning to Japan isn't certain, but if I do come it'll be in August/Spetember. Depends on whether or not I get the job... Fingers crossed. You'll hear the scream if I do get it ;p
