The ant and the centipide

蟻が隣を歩くムカデを見て、これぼれと聞くんだ。
「そんなにたくさんな足を縺れずにどうやって歩くんだ」って。
そんなの考えたこともなかったムカデは聞かれてしんけいに考えてみた。
するととたんに、そこから一歩も歩けなくなった。
「僕はどうやって歩いていたんだっけ」って。
考えれば考えるほど歩けなくなった。

An ant saw a centipide walking beside him and asked, "How come your legs don't get tangled up when you walk?" The centipide had never thought about this before and stopped to consider this problem. As soon as he did so, he found he was unable to walk anymore. "How is it possible for me to walk?" the centipide wondered. The more he thought about it the more he couldnt walk.
