I filled it in.
The survey was kind of confusing.
There were yes/no questions with text boxes,
The explanations were kind of hard to understand,
I wasn't sure what to select when I'd said "No" to some questions,
and it'd be nice if it was possible to embed the images or at least make it a clickable link (that might be impossible).
It'd be nice to have an option to give feedback about the survey too.
Still, I know how hard it is to make surveys, I've done it enough times and my results were... 'varied'

This questionnaire wont be the 'real' one as I have to get signatures and consent etc in order to use it with my coursework. But I just wanted a trial run to see what answers I got with the questions (Whether the questions are working etc...) So thanks for your feedback. The textboxes were there to state your reasons, but i didnt explain myself well...
I'd love to embed the pictures... if only I knew how... haha :(
Filled it in, and I agree with Ben about the survey. Not enough multiple choice, if I didn't know you, I would have given up at the questions that required 'long' answers and too much time thinking.
Also, erm... I'm actually a really picky t-shirt buyer and the t-shirts I buy usually have no slogan, or the slogan is 'hidden' or dominated by an image or pattern.

Hmm... more multiple choice makes it more likely to be filled in... thanks :) Im finding it hard to try and ask questions without giving the game away about what I'm wanting you to respond. But I guess the tshirts give the game away...
Dont worry, you are not in my target group for this questionnaire. I'll be asking people about the tshirts they buy, this is just a tester :)
