I’ve been researching like a lunatic and...
I’m still lacking some vital information, but....
it looks very hopeful that I will be going back to Japan to live in March 2008.
I will be planning on staying there for 3 years. Who knows after that?
If all goes to plan, Ill be working the first year. Depending on how things go, after a year I could continue to work, if I can get a sponsor. I will 95% likely be working as an English teacher, fulltime. If I decide I don’t like teaching after the one year, I might choose to stay in Japan for study purposes. (Or, if I cant get the sponsor) I can get a pre-college visa for up to 2 years. If I choose the study route, then hopefully after 2 years studying flat out, I will be able to speak Japanese to a quality standard. I’ll be aiming for at least to pass JLPT 2 or, ideally 1. With level 1, I will be able to get a job in the UK/Japan using those skills. And, I’ll have the advantage of being able to say I’ve lived in Japan for 4 years. (I don’t think I can get a Japanese-related job with JLPT 2)
Whichever route I take, I think I will be happy. I have 2 choices now, and one hell of a load of research to do!
....This all depends on how strict the Japanese Embassy is of course... the fact that you are only allowed one Working Holiday Visa a lifetime hasnt changed. But! other people have been able to get the Working Holiday Visa twice (Or, as in a comment on my site by ‘anonymous’ -4 times!! (?please add a name that I can identify you with, even if it is Mickey Mouse!!) Thanks for your messages of support! ^^). But, with my luck, will I? (Chances increase if I ‘lose’ my bag.) If I cant get the Working Holiday Visa then... then.... then..... ARGHHHHHHH!!!!!!! my plans will crash again..

After saying all this, unfortunately, for now, it’s a waiting game. I can’t find out if I can get a 2nd working holiday visa until next year. Otherwise the visa might expire before I even get there! (Not good...) Just got to hope and save I guess!
Thing is, I'm not very good at waiting games. T_T

a... the vital information i was lacking turned out to be very vital. March 2008? I doubt i'll be in japan for then now.
I've contacted the embassy.. keep your fingers and toes crossed that they reply with the news I want to hear.

It means, i guess, that you'll likely to be back in London before I go anywhere!!
