...call me biast, I probably am, but, if Japan, a country battered by typhoons and earthquakes can keep trains running most of the time on time, why cant we? OK.. Japan's trains and tracks are newer. OK, Japan sometimes worries a bit too much on time-keeping, forgetting about safety. (In 2005 a train crash killed hundreds, why? The train was speeding as it was running.. 1 minute late. Geez, if a train leaves a minute behind schedule its on time in England - my 6.28pm train from Liverpool Street station NEVER leaves before 6.29pm) BUT... Im sure we can do better than this. OK, its hot. ...So is Japan.
I dont find it quirky. London shouldnt be known for its terrible services - not only transport.

Thats a good question... sorry, my computer was ding strange things last night. I couldnt even see the picture, so I didnt think it uploaded, but its there, so... !? Anyway, I dont know it off by heart so I'll link it up tonight or tomorrow. Its all in Japanese though.... sorry :(
